Make sure you complete all the steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.
When you click “CHECK OUT” in your shopping cart, you will see information about your order in the right column. Enter your code in the “Discount” field and click “Apply”.
If you are shopping on a mobile platform you have a discount field at the top when you have reached the payment section.
After you have placed your order and have finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to enter your correct e-mail address.
If you are unsure whether your order was confirmed, please check the two steps below before placing a new order:
Step 1: Check your spam e-mail folder. If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail there then you can move on to Step 2 below.

The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when purchasing the product. However sometimes packages shipped off with UPS or local post are sent to access points. If you choose a UPS shipping method you can keep track of your package by using the tracking number on www.ups.com.
